Yes, we require a $1,000.00 deposit for services of $1,500.00 and above and a 50% deposit for catering services $1,500.00 and below. Deposit is non refundable.

We build a buffer zone into our food amounts. This means we've got you covered if you have unexpected arrivals or guests with extra big appetites!

Final numbers are due 30 days before your special event. Any additional revisions after this point will include a surcharge.

No, we do not. We come with a fully equipped kitchen and cooler trailer to properly service your event. All we need is a place to park!

Yes, our serving team will take care of clearing used dishes. There is no additional cost for this
