Amuse Bouche:
Smoked Salmon and dill cucumber cups.
Appetizer:
Housemade Leek, Sun-dried Tomato, Rosemary and Garlic Focaccia Bread served with Balsamic Vinaigrette dip.
Main Course:
Smoked and Roasted Chicken Breast stuffed with Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach, Feta and Monterey Jack Cheese wrapped in Bacon and served on a bed of zesty Herb-Roasted Potatoes with a side of Au Jus, plus Tower Greens drizzled with Sweet Lemon Vinaigrette and freshly shaved Parmesan.
Dessert:
Brownies and Strawberries dipped in luscious Chocolate Ganache.
