Our experienced kitchen staff and friendly event servers have the following qualifications:
  • Journeyman Head Chef with 6700 apprenticeship hours under Ontario Red Seal Chefs
  • Ministry of Health inspected commercial kitchen
  • Ministry of Health and TSSA inspected food trailer
  • Ministry of Health and TSSA inspected cooler trailer
  • Incorporated Company with Certificate of Liability Insurance ($2M)
  • One team member has Developmental Service Worker Diploma
  • Three team members are Emergency First Aid Certified
  • Three team members are CPR-B Certified
  • One team member is CPR-C and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Certified
  • Seven team members have Ontario Food Handlers Certification
  • One team member has Crisis Prevention and Intervention Certification
  • Three team members are WHMIS Certified
  • One team member is butcher by trade with 35 years experience in meat preparation.
